Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training is a two-week course introducing you to the next level of the Lean Six Sigma philosophy. You must have received Green Belt training to take this course. If you have not taken Green Belt training, you should schedule your Green Belt training before you attend Black Belt training. This course uses a combination of lectures, presentations, and hands-on lab exercises to provide you with a strong foundation in Lean Six Sigma. The advanced statistics and topics will equip you to identify high-level opportunities for improvement within your company. You will effectively implement Lean Six Sigma Black Belt projects to achieve significant financial impact and improve customer service.
Statistical Software:
This course requires that you have access to statistical software, such as JMP™ (preferred) or Minitab™, for statistical data analysis. Software is not included in the registration fee for this class, and we no longer sell software licenses. Please be sure the laptop you bring to class is equipped with this software. Excel is not considered a statistical software package and is inappropriate for this course.
